These Terms govern your use of the Boomzo platform (website/app/services). By accessing or using Boomzo, you agree to these terms. Boomzo connects customers with verified vendors for home/city services but acts only as an intermediary.

Boomzo is an intermediary platform that connects customers with independent vendors. We do not directly provide services and are not responsible for the quality, performance, disputes, or outcomes of any vendor services.

Vendors are screened and verified by Boomzo, but we do not guarantee or warrant the quality, safety, accuracy, or results of their services. Use vendor services at your own risk.

Provide accurate information for bookings. All payments must be made only through Boomzo's verified and secure payment methods. Do not make direct payments to vendors outside the platform.

Customer-initiated cancellations generally do not qualify for refunds. If a vendor cancels, Boomzo may assist in finding an alternative vendor but does not provide refunds or compensation.

Customers must provide accurate details, ensure safe access/conditions for service, and cooperate with vendors. Vendors are fully responsible for service quality, customer safety, and compliance with laws.

Boomzo may attempt to mediate disputes between customers and vendors as a courtesy, but we are not obligated to resolve them. Parties should resolve issues directly, and Boomzo disclaims responsibility for outcomes.

Boomzo is not liable for any damages, losses, delays, unsatisfactory services, injuries, or direct/indirect consequences arising from platform use or vendor services. Use is at your own risk.

All content, logos, text, images, and materials on the Boomzo platform are the intellectual property of Boomzo. Unauthorized use, copying, or reproduction is prohibited.

Yes – Boomzo reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, misuses the platform, or poses a risk to users, vendors, or the service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh, India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Aligarh.
